OwfunaSc™ wants customers to feel comfortable and confident when shopping for home fragrance products. This policy explains the return requirements and refund process that apply to qualifying purchases.

Return Request Period

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may contact us to request a return within 30 days of the package’s delivery date.

Requirements for Eligible Returns

Products must be unused and remain in their original condition to be considered for return. Please include the original packaging whenever possible. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email.

Certain items may be ineligible for return because of hygiene concerns, safety considerations, or restrictions specific to the product.

Returning an Item

Before sending anything back, submit your request to the OwfunaSc™ support team. After reviewing and approving the request, we will provide the necessary return instructions.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. This responsibility does not apply when an item arrives damaged or defective, or when the return is required because of a shipping error.

Once the returned product reaches us, it will be inspected. We will then inform you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees are typically non-refundable unless the return was caused by an error made by OwfunaSc™.
